This version of the LoRA was trained on upscaled images of version 1. Also the network size was increased. Resulting in improved quality images with more detail and sharpness at the expense of twice the amount of disc space on your hard drive.

A strength of 0.8 to 1.0 should be fine, depending on what you want to achieve.

The trigger is 'mad-cyberspace' But I recommend the additional trigger 'cyberpunk', '1980s', 'retro' and 'scifi'.

using a color with 'grid' or 'glowing outline' helps with controlling the coloring of the image
