Usage tips:

I can't really recommend a specific strength. But I guess 0.6 to 1.0 should be fine, depending on what you want to achieve.

The trigger is 'mad-cyberspace' But I recommend the additional trigger 'cyberpunk', '1980s', 'retro' and 'scifi'.

using a color with 'grid' or 'glowing outline' helps with controlling the coloring of the image
