Shirt Destruction - V1 API Documentation

When it comes to having an affect on worn clothing, such as ripping, pulling on, distressed, etc, doesn't seem to generate very well here. So this is an attempt to allow for this, but it is only experimental at this stage. I'll continue to refine it and keen to hear your feedback if you use this first release.
