H4 Realistic SD1.5 - Refiner45a API Documentation

This was my first attempt at an update to 4.5.

It didnt' work out exactly how I planned however, I discovered by accident it makes an excellent refiner.

So I changed my plan of attack and bam we have a refiner.

Load it like a checkpoint or use the refiner nodes.
